We are the International Institute for Productivity and Public Management (IPPUM), a private and independent institute set up to promote the productivity agenda in Ghana and other African countries. Our primary responsibility is to research, strengthen and disseminate knowledge to organizations, stakeholders, and individuals to augment productivity growth and efficiency management in both public and private sectors at the micro and macro levels.
We research and translate discoveries into practical procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency in public management. Whiles the private sector may have certain inherent factors that mar its growth, we believe that promoting and achieving productivity in the public sector can have a positive spillover effect on other sectors and ultimately drive private sector growth. Restoration of productivity in the public sector informs policymakers on the need to develop actionable plans that have a direct bearing on the private sector.

PPA BUSINESS SCHOOL, PARIS - FRANCE — Pôle Paris Alternance (PPA) is a well established French Institution of Higher Education. Professional Courses

IPPUM in collaboration with Strabsnet, IPE Management School and PPA Business School have reached an agreement with the International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) of the United Kingdom to exempt all IPE/PPA Master’s Degree holders from writing all the exams from Foundation level through to Professional Part II level. And write only one online case study examination to be admitted into the IPMA as a Certified International Professional Manager (CIPM, MPMA).
