Certified International Industrial Relations Practitioners (CIIRP)
The Certified International Industrial Relations Practitioner course is organized as a Special Country programme in collaboration with the Ghana Employers Association (GEA) and our International Partner, the International Professional Manager’s Association (IPMA) – UK.
The Programme seeks to acquaint practitioners with the requisite skill for Collective Bargaining, enhance their understanding of Dispute Settlement and also introduce participants to the best Industrial Relations practices. The programme will also offer prospective students the opportunity to become fully qualified, certified, and acknowledged International Professional Manager, an internationally acclaimed professional certificate

Admission Requirements
A good Bachelor’s Degree / HND certificate from an accredited tertiary institution or equivalent professional qualification in HR or related field.
Graduates who want to pursue a career in HR or a related field.
Persons who wish to pursue a career in Industrial Relations/HR
NB: participants must pass all prescribed modules (I, II & III) in the programme to be licensed as a Certified International Industrial Relations Practitioner. Lectures will be held as follows: March – June – September – December Weekdays: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays Time: 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm
